kuhla
Was watching mail call yesterday night and have been trying to track down the two guns they talked about which were used during WWII that were a bit more "rare" Johnson M1941 semiautomatic rifle http://world.guns.ru/rifle/rfl20-e.htm Caliber: .30-06 (7.62x63mm) Action: short recoil operated, rotating bolt Overall length: 1156 mm Barrel length: 558 mm Weight: 4.3 kg empty Magazine capacity: 10 rounds The magazine system is cool! Then there was one more they talked about that was used by special forces as a light BAR replacement which I can't seem to track down. I swear it was called something like louis assault rifle but I can't seem to find it.... I'll update this thread once I do.... EDIT : found it, looks like its the same gun but different magazine system I think... info on it : http://www.findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_...07/ai_n14686168
Jedi2155
The johnson system was always a interesting rifle, but more parts = higher likelihood of losing them. Never saw that Light BAR replacment but that certainly looks cool and almost like a british Sten.
