Jedi2155
If I had a server and didn't care for the power consumption costs of running it, I'd probably use it for the following purposes: Web Server Forums / Hosting VOIP Server Game Server Media Server Would take some time to configure but all fun applications to have self control vs paying for a service. kuhla
If someone just wants to throw cores at a problem right now, the options are pretty good. $675 = 2x E5-2660v2 = 20 cores (40 threads) https://www.ebay.com/itm/Dell-T5610-20-Core-2-20GHz-E5-2660-v2-8GB-RAM-No-HDD-No-OS/183174345449?hash=item2aa60ab2e9:g:lz4AAOSwsFVazkX3
