Either Nvidia got mad @ eWiz for putting it up so early (its breaking their contract probably). Or its because of the recent recall. I am off work tommarrow so ... The whole 8800 series is severely CPU limited. The absolute best CPUs out there, that are not even released to the public yet, overclocked are still limiting the 8800GTXs. In my opinion, it is better to spend ~$450 on a 8800GTS and use your money for something else you may want down the road. Especially with the games you mentioned to me, that you would be playing, this would be completely over powered. I wouldn't mind choosing a asus over a MSI as long as its a 8800 series.
