kuhla
product page - http://www.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=sZ0sI6WqjnCHGFta I don't even know if this things counts as a netbook anymore, but if it is, then it is by a pretty long shot now the most "powerful" one of it's type. CPU - Intel Atom 330 dual core GPU - Nvidia ION LCD - 12.1" @ 1366x768 Rest of the specs at link. Release date is supposedly "soon" with a MSRP of $499 which is a lot more bang-for-buck than comparable netbooks. Impressive. Most impressive. Jedi2155
Only problem is there are far better laptops out there for bargain hunters at that price range. Of course we'll see how that changes when the market stabilizes after the black friday sales.

I'm one of them.
Jedi2155
I was thinking that was my primary fault....but alas, I'm pretty sure there is another light laptop in that price segment, I just need to recall where I saw it. On a sidenote my primary thought was a 16" msi laptop from black Friday.....
